About the SODIT Group Creative Minds
This is an open forum, primarily for the SODIT (Survivors Of Depression in Transition) group members. For all intents and purposes, this section will air and present creative outputs by group members. This could be interpreted as creative outputs. These could be: poetry, painting, photography, ideas for books, posters, essays of better ways of connecting with the community or networking with others.

We want to create a platform to share creativity as a means on building on our individual and collective strengths and talents (either invisible, emerging or fully blossomed).

Creative outputs will be showcased on this page. Look out for content in the near future.

SODIT Group Philosophy
Meeting with others can help reduce the terrible feeling of isolation which a lot of women experience when suffering from depression. It can provide a supportive informal environment where people can share their fears, worries and ways of coping with their depression. You will hear how each person's experience is different but will also see that there is a common thread running through each other's feelings and symptoms. This will allow you to support others as well as getting support for yourself.
